Our fun-loving family exploring the land of Lincoln.

This is our first long-distance trip. Usually, kids visit Springfield on a trip from school. Due to allergies we decided to undertake a family trip to visit the landmarks and museums.

We visited

– Lincoln Home

– Old State Capitol

– Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum

– Lincoln Monument

– Lincoln Tomb

– Illinois State Capitol Business

– Dana Thomas House.

We stayed at the Wyndham Springfield City Centre, from this location you can walk to some of the landmarks like the Old State Capitol and Lincoln Library.

Make sure to take your time and explore the landmarks.
